We have engineered an external economiser with sheet metal casing for the engery-from-waste plant Heimdal Varmesentral near Trondheim (Norway). At the moment we are manufacturing this component in our workshop.
This Economiser consists of three prefabricated elements with 52 double pipe panes each.
The three complete metal sheet boxes contain all installations like pipe coils, collectors, mounting brackets, supports, flanges for the soot blowers and pipe fairleads in the metal sheet walls.
With this construction the installation time is minimized considerably. The dimensions have been chosen to allow a common excess width transport. (< 5 m width).
